If a game is broken or behaves unexpectedly, the fastest path is the in-game Report a bug link
(footer of every page). It collects a small error log from your browser (no personal info) and pre-fills an email
to [email protected]. You review what's about to be sent before sending.
Response times
- SEV1 (site down / data exposure / security breach): within 1 hour.
- SEV2 (critical feature broken): within 4 hours.
- SEV3 (non-critical bug): within 1 business day.
- SEV4 (minor / nice-to-fix): triaged into next sprint.
- General inquiries: 48-hour business-day acknowledgment.
